1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally depending on the region and customs laws for your location. Please contact us for more information at


2. When will me order ship?

We aim to ship your chocolates within 48 hours of receiving your order; however, orders may take 48-72 hours to ship depending on time of year. Please note, during peak holiday seasons shipping may be delayed based on the volume of orders we receive. We make every effort to ship orders promptly. Transit time does not include order process time.

3. Can I checkout with shipping for multiple addresses?

Currently, our checkout only supports single addresses for shipping at checkout. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

If a big number of different addresses are needed, please send us an email at and we can send you an invoice instead of placing an order online.

4. Where is my order? How can I track a package?

You’ll receive an email confirmations when your order is placed and when it ships. The tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

5. What is your return policy?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns/offer refunds on our products. If you have any questions, please send us an email with your name, order number, the date of your order and photos at We will contact you promptly. 6. Can I pick the flavours?

Yes, you can definitely pick your favourite flavours. Please go to the ‘’create your own box’’ and select/write down the flavours you prefer.

7. How long do your chocolates last? How quickly should they be consumed upon receiving?

We recommend enjoying our products within 30 days of receiving them for ultimate freshness. The box contains a best before date.

8. How should I store my products? 

Store in a cool, dry place, at constant temperature ideally between 18-20C, out of direct sunlight.

9. What allergens are contained in your products?

10. Will there be an invoice included in my package?

We will not include any information about price or customer details. Be sure to include a gift message if you're not handing these directly to your recipient. For gifts, please check they'll be home to receive the package in order to enjoy the products at their peak freshness.

11. Can I make changes after submitting an order?

If it's changing a recipient name or adding a message, we'll do our best to make that happen, as long as it gives us some time before the Ship Out moment. Email us at Once the order is packed and ready to be picked up from our facility, you will not be able to make any changes. We cannot offer any exchanges or returns since our products are perishable.

12. Can I request a delivery date?

You can write down on the notes the date you would like us to dispatch your order. 

13. Do you sale wholesale?

Yes. We have no minimum amounts for wholesale ordering. To ask for pricing write to and let us know which product, quantity and how often you would like to receive your products.


14. Can you create a custom gift or special order  for me, my family, friends or  clients?
