All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Prices are listed in GBP (£).

5. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, weather).

Salt & Sugar Art Chocolate is not responsible for melted or damaged products due to weather or transit delays once the order leaves our premises. We pack all products carefully.

6. Cancellation Rights

• Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, the right to cancel does not apply once your order has been processed and shipped. 

• If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been processed  please contact us immediately. After an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.  

• For pre-order products, please check cancellation fee.

7. Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds for melted or damaged goods caused by delivery conditions outside our control.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We cannot offer refunds for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.
