Grown on the remote Indonesian island of Sumba, this cocoa comes from a sustainably managed plantation that follows a strict zero-waste policy.
The cocoa beans are a natural cross between Trinitario and Criollo varieties, which have gradually intermixed through natural pollination. The island’s distinctive climate and soil lend a well-balanced, characterful flavour to the final product.
