The estate was established in 1920 and remains a model of sustainable agriculture. Planted with Criollo and Trinitario varieties, the trees are carefully managed, with pods harvested separately to preserve their distinct characteristics. Known for its unique terroir, Madagascan cocoa is highly regarded for its clarity and character.
