The exotic flavour of cocoa from southern Bahia is one of the most refined expressions of Brazilian gastronomy. This character is elevated through a daring pairing: Chocolate and Caipirinha, a recipe that demands time and dedication, yet rewards with every bite.
The cocoa nibs are infused in cachaça for at least a month. On the reverse of the bar, a delicate layer of sugar and dehydrated lime zest, also infused in cachaça, adds brightness and texture. The chosen cachaça comes from Cachaçaria Da Tulha, an artisanal producer whose spirit is aged in Jequitibá barrels.
