Selection of chocolates that may contain SOYA*, NUTS*, MILK*, SESAME*, GLUTEN*, and Alcohol. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you wish to discuss any specific dietary requirements.

 

Please note: Our chocolates are crafted in one kitchen that also works with nuts, gluten, and dairy, so while we take great care, we can’t promise they’ll be completely trace-free

How to keep it delicious

Store in a cool, dry place between 16–18°C, away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Best enjoyed fresh.

 

Processing time and Shipping

Pre-order dispatch: Advent Calendars will be shipped towards the end of November to ensure maximum freshness for December.

 

We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 24h (most parcels arrive next working day, but please allow 1–2 days), or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed if chosen at checkout.

 

Combined orders: All items in the same order will be shipped together with your Advent Calendar. If you’d like other chocolates sooner, please order them separately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pre-Order Cancellations

If you cancel a pre-order, a cancellation fee will apply to cover the costs we have already incurred, including:

  • Reserving products and ingredients

  • Purchasing special materials

  • Labour and preparation time

​If you wish to cancel your pre-order before dispatch, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • 25% of the order value if cancelled up to 2 weeks before the dispatch date.

  • 50% of the order value if cancelled less than 2 weeks but more than 7 days before the dispatch date.

  • 100% of the order value if cancelled within 7 days of the dispatch date.
